Anxiety is a mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one’s daily activities.
Most people can relate to feeling nervous about an upcoming interview or test. Some stress and small amounts of anxiety may be helpful in driving us to accomplish our goals. These feelings show that we are living life and that we are reaching new expectations in order to fulfill our desires.
